🌸 STARTING — Little Ballet Academy
Dance begins with fun! Children can start from as young as 6 months, developing coordination, musicality, confidence and a love of movement through age-appropriate classes.
As they grow, so does their training. From as young as 4 years old, children can take part in fun, age-appropriate IDTA examinations, giving them a wonderful sense of achievement and progression. They can also perform in our shows and events, building confidence and creating memories along the way.
Most importantly, Little Ballet Academy is the beginning of their journey, not the end. Children can progress naturally into West London Dance Academy and continue their dance training as they grow.
🩰 DANCING — West London Dance Academy
At West London Dance Academy, dancers can develop from beginner through to advanced levels in Ballet, Tap, Contemporary Modern Jazz and PBT.
From IDTA Grade 1 onwards, our graded qualifications can contribute UCAS Tariff points, supporting students who wish to continue into further education.
For those who aspire to professional training, we develop strong technique, performance skills and confidence to help dancers prepare for auditions for professional dance schools and specialist training programmes.
Our dancers have successfully progressed to leading institutions including ArtsEd, Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, Royal Ballet School/White Lodge, London Studio Centre and English National Ballet, as well as progressing into our own teacher-training pathway.
🎓 TEACHING — Train to Teach Dance
For dancers who discover that they want to share their passion with others, the journey can continue into Train to Teach Dance.
Our students can progress from dancer to qualified teacher, including the IDTA Level 3 Diploma in Dance Teaching Assistant and further professional teacher training.
**From first steps to first examination.
From examinations to performance and professional training.
From dancer to teacher.**
One dance family supporting every stage of the journey
