IDTA LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN DANCE TEACHING ASSISTANTS AGES 15 - 21 YRS

We are the First Dance School in Chiswick to offer a Professional IDTA Level 3 Diploma in Dance Teaching Assistant Qualifications. 

After training many Teachers on our Professional Intensive Dance Teacher Training Courses Successfully and achieving marks as high as 90 - 98 % Distinctions . WLDA decided to offer a course for the younger dancers who may be  in full-time education and would  like to develop their dance training towards being a dance teacher. 

The Teaching Courses will commence in September 2022 and complete in July 2023 when you will take your IDTA Level 3 Diploma Teaching Assistant Exam and qualify  to Assist in Dance Classes Preparatory to Grade 5. 

The aims and objectives of the Level 3 Diploma for Dance Teaching Assistants is to develop knowledge and understanding of syllabus requirements, safe dance practice and dance teaching individuals wishing to work as dance teaching assistants.  The qualification does not confirm status as a dance teacher, it will allow you to work as an assistant, safely in classes alongside a fully qualified dance teacher,   successful Students may also continue to train with us for the IDTA Level 4 Diploma in Dance Teaching in order to become  a fully qualified dance teacher .

Entry via audition 

You must of passed Intermediate Ballet under a recognised dance association .
