West London Dance Academy in Ealing and Chiswick takes pride in teaching students the importance of ballet in their physical, mental and emotional health. Some of our students have pursued their love for dancing by studying in professional dance schools.

Latest News 

New Modern Jazz classes were introduced to new and current members of the academy in a free trial session on Friday 8th December 2017.  Due to the keen interest from everyone who took part we will now be running NEW Modern Jazz classes every Friday at our Chiswick venue and will work towards our first Modern Jazz exams in 2018. Please visit our Class Timetable page. 

Congratulations to all pupils who took the latest examinations in Ballet and Tap on 9th December 2017. All pupils Achieved 80% - 90% receiving Merits and Distinctions in both Amateur Grades and Professional Vocational qualifications. 

We will now begin training for another exam session in March 2018.

Good Luck to  to our youngest Distinction in Grade 4 Ballet. Ananya Apte who  was nominated by the examiner for The International Dance Award. Only 500 pupils are nominated out of 7500 students a year. Ananya is only 10 years old and achieved 90% in her exam she will now compete against thousands of pupils in the International Finals in Manchester in February 2018. 

Congratulations to Ian Veirs who once again  successfully auditioned against 450 other ballet dancers for the London Children’s Ballet and won a place in the elite 48 dancers to be part of the touring company of the ballet, He will begin his tour on September 2018 . 

Congratulations to Annie Tran who at just 15 years of Age won 3rd Place in the South Eastern International Dance Teachers Association Classical Ballet Awards in October 2017 . Competing in the  Senior Professional Performer section Annie was the youngest student in the section to achieve such a prestigious award.  Annie has since taken her Advanced 1 Ballet in December 2017 and achieved a Distinction .
